• Kye Rexford, L.M.T.

    Kaitlyn Rexford completed her training for massage therapy in 2014. With her training, she combines different massage techniques to bring your body to a more complete state of wellness. She specializes in sport and Thai style, along with pregnancy, geriatric, and hot stone massage. Her motto is that, ‘You don’t have to live with pain, you deserve to live in health.’

  • Arja (AJ) Simmons, L.M.T.

    Arja (AJ) Simmons has worked for Porter & Clark Chiropractic as a massage therapist for over 10 years now. Some background information about her is that she was born and raised in Finland. Arja graduated with honors from National Institute of Technology (NIT) with a myomassolgy degree. She specializes in a wide variety of treatments including deep tissue, Sweedish, refuxology, trigger point, and stretching massage techniques. 

  • Liz Chesney, L.M.T.

    Liz graduated from Irene’s Myomassology Institute gaining her certification in massage therapy. She demonstrates a number of techniques within each massage and specializes in Relaxation, Orthopedic, Myofascial Release, Cupping, Dynamic Stretching, Pregnancy, and Polarity (Energy Healing). Liz has always been fascinated by the human body and tissues and loves her job as a massage therapist at Porter & Clark Chiropractic. She believes in a gentle approach to massage, allowing the body a safe space to let go of repetitive stress and trauma. “Together, we can restore balance and facilitate your body’s healing.”

  • Ashley Slaight, L.M.T.

    Ashley is an Irene’s Myomassology Institute graduate. She is currently up to date on all techniques. Her interest in massage started with helping my mother with her pain and stiffness in her muscles. As a massage therapist, she incorporates deep tissue work, energy work, chakras and reflexology into my massages because she believes they add to the emotional relief of clients as well as the physical relief during a treatment.

  • Charlene Gurney, L.M.T.

    Charlene is a recent graduate of Irene’s Myomassology Institute in Southfield, Michigan where she received 700 hours of training in a variety of massage modalities along with knowledge of anatomy, physiology and pathology. During her time at Irene’s she took a special interest in working with the Fascial and the Craniosacral systems of the body. She is currently pursuing certification for Craniosacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute and really enjoys adding elements of it into her sessions. She also has experience with Swedish massage, trigger point release, deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, cupping, dynamic stretching, orthopedic massage and reflexology. In addition to her education at Irene’s, Charlene is a Reiki Level II practitioner and is passionate about energetic healing. Her sessions are an all encompassing holistic approach to massage that centers around you. In feeling called to do this work, Charlene is guided just as much by her intuition as by her knowledge to bring awareness to what your body needs. 

  • Bruce Hardy, L.M.T

    Bruce Hardy graduated from Irene’s Myomassology Institute in 2015. As a Myomassologist, he specializes in different modalities such as trigger point, myofascial release, and Swedish massage. Bruce can provide you with various techniques for pain relief, muscle release, and relaxation based upon your wants and needs. Through effective communication and understanding of what clients are looking for in a massage session, he aims to help them feel their best!

  • Evan Johnson, L.M.T.

    Evan Johnson graduated with a degree in sports medicine. He’s been a practicing massage therapist for over 8 years. Evan specializes in prenatal, deep tissue, Swedish, reiki, sports, and hot stone massages along with many other forms of treatment. Hid main focus is healing over pain relief. He can address any type of pain from head to toe. Evan’s motto is, ‘I can’t promise that I can fix you, but I  can create a plan to locate your cause of discomfort.’

  • Martine Stevenson, L.M.T.
    Martine is a 2008 graduate of Flint School Of Therapeutic Massage. She is passionate about listening to and understanding her client’s needs. She recognizes that every person is different and implements a personalized treatment plan based on an individual’s needs. Martine specializes in relaxation, sports, rehab, and all therapeutic massages. She incorporates a variety of modalities including, Swedish, Deep Tissue, myofascial, Trigger Point, neuromuscular, sports, and many more to create a customized massage that’s best for each client. Martine’s passion is helping people be in a place they want and need to be.
  • Cindy Gothier, Chiropractic Assistant

    While working at Porter & Clark Chiropractic, I assist our patients and other visitors. My primary duties include greeting and checking in patients, answering questions, collecting patient payments, processing paperwork, and scheduling appointments. I also assist along side the doctors with Nutritional Response Testing (NRT), providing a comfortable and welcoming environment for each patient. The overall care of a patient is my number one priority.

  • Hannah Beth, Chiropractic Assistant

    While working at Porter & Clark Chiropractic Hannah assists our patients and other visitors. Her primary duties include working alongside the doctors and providing each patient with a comfortable and welcoming environment. Hannah enjoys the connection with nature and hiking during her spare time.

  • Erin Anderson, Chiropractic Assistant

    While working at Porter & Clark Chiropractic, Erin assists our patients and other visitors. Her primary duties include greeting and checking in patients, answering questions, collecting patient payments, processing paperwork, and scheduling appointments. Erin enjoys spending her spare time with friends and family as well as spending time at her college ministry at her church.

  • Nicholas Clark, Chiropractic Assistant, and Digital Media & Advertisement

    While working at Porter & Clark Chiropractic Nick assists our patients and other visitors. His primary duties include working alongside the doctors and providing each patient with a comfortable and welcoming environment. Nick also works to improve our social media and website database, keeping patients up to date on all implementations within our clinic.

  • Jaana Simmons, Chiropractic Assistant

    While working at Porter & Clark Chiropractic, Jaana assists our patients and other visitors. Her primary duties include greeting and checking in patients, answering questions, collecting patient payments, processing paperwork, and scheduling appointments. Jaana also assists alongside the doctors, providing each patient with a comfortable and welcoming environment. Jaana enjoys spending time with her close friends & family as well as has a love for animals, additionally gaining experience in veterinarian efforts.

  • Marina Porter, Chiropractic Assistant

    While working at Porter & Clark Chiropractic, Marina assists our patients and other visitors. Her primary duties include greeting and checking in patients, answering questions, collecting patient payments, processing paperwork, and scheduling appointments. Marina loves trying new things and spending time with her friends & family. She also finds her sense of calm in nature and the environment.

  • Evelyn Kosowski, Chiropractic Assistant

    While working at Porter & Clark Chiropractic, Evelyn assists our patients and other visitors. Her primary duties include greeting and checking in patients, answering questions, collecting patient payments, processing paperwork, and scheduling appointments. Evelyn enjoys walking her dog Penny multiple times a day as well as spending vacation time at her lake house in Irish Hills.

  • Brittany Davidson, Billing & Office Manager

    At Porter & Clark Chiropractic, Brittany deals with all office finances, as well as communicates with patients, doctors, and insurance companies. As office manager, she is also responsible for keeping the clinic running smoothly and overseeing administrative support. Brittany loves spending time with her adorable son Nicholas and loves crafting as well as Michigan’s snowy winters.

  • Bailey Yuhasz, Patient Advocate, L.M.T.

    At Porter & Clark Chiropractic, Bailey’s general responsibility as a patient advocate includes interviewing patients, identifying care problems, making referrals to appropriate healthcare services, directing patient inquiries, facilitating satisfactory resolutions, explaining policies to patients, assisting patients with choosing doctors, along with many other forms of comforting our patients. Bailey is also a certified massage therapist. She graduated from Irene’s Myomassology Institute in May of 2022. She specializes in a wide variety of therapies and techniques including, energy therapies, sports massage, relaxation techniques, Swedish massage, and foot reflexology. “I find myself to be very enthusiastic about helping others achieve their health goals using mind, body, and soul connection.”
